How do I create a login?

You automatically receive an account and login the first time you shop online at TAX FREE & SHOPS. If you have previously shopped at TAX FREE & SHOPS you can log in using the e-mail and password you used the last time you ordered.

If you are a CPH Advantage member, you can use your Advantage username and password for login.

It is not possible to create a login without ordering online or signing up for CPH Advantage first.

I'm leaving early in the morning. Will the shop be open?

Yes. Regardless of the time you are leaving, at least one of the TAX FREE shops will be open for you to pick up your order. If you have clicked that you will pick up your order in the TAX FREE shop by Fast Track, please be aware that the shop is open from 06.00 – 22.00 seven days a week. Picking up your order outside of the opening hours will always be possible in the main TAX FREE store.

Can I pick up my orders on arrival?

Yes. You can pick up your order at departure or on arrival. Pick up on arrival is only for travelling within the EU. If you want to pick up your products on arrival, you should choose The Arrival Shop as your pick up point. You will find this shop in the baggage area.

Can another person pick up my order?

Yes as long as he/she has the order confirmation with name, departure date/time and order number.

Can I buy liquids in larger quantities than 100 ml and bring them on board the flight?

Yes. You can bring all the products you purchase at TAX FREE & SHOPS online or in the TAX FREE shops with you on the plane. The products will be delivered in a sealed bag. Should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation that your goods are confiscated during transfer at another airport, Copenhagen Airport offers to refund your purchase.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my order?

All you have to do is bring the order confirmation with name, departure/arrival date and time, order number plus the slip from your boarding card.

I have a new e-mail address. How do I change it?

  • Log into your account with your old e-mail address and password.
  • Select 'My Account' in the menu at the top of the page.
  • Enter your new e-mail address and click "Update Profile"

I want to cancel the newsletter. What do I do?

At the bottom of all newsletters sent from CPH Airport you can unsubscribe from future newsletters.

I’m going to a non-EU destination with a stopover in an EU country. Can I buy duty free tobacco products?

Yes you may. It is your final destination that is crucial as to whether or not you are allowed to purchase Tax Free tobacco. 

You can always buy all other products from the TAX FREE stores and TAX FREE & SHOPS online regardless of your destination.

My Tax Free purchases were seized by the security staff in an airport abroad. What can I do?

What happens if one of the items I have ordered is out of stock?

Your order will be packed less than 24 hours before your departure. If one of the items is out of stock we will contact you so that you can choose another item as a replacement if you want. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you are logged in using your CPH Advantage account you can delete orders up to 9 hours before your stated pick up time. If you wish to add products to your order, simply place an additional order (possible up to 9 hours before pick up).

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

If you for some reason are unable to pick up your order, the order will be cancelled and the products returned to the shelves. You will not be held accountable for the order.

What if my login doesn’t work?

If you can not log in, please check the following:

  • Make sure you are using the correct password and username. This information is listed in the e-mail confirmation you received the first time you shopped at TAX FREE & SHOPS online.
  • Go to "login", press "forgot password", type your e-mail address and click "send new password". Your new password will then be sent to your e-mail address.
